I know there’s a few apps out there I can use to browse Lemmy, but I’m not sure about their names and the different features they offer.

Liftoff is amazing and the two main developers for it have been very active with updates and changes since they forked it from the old Lemmur project.
wefwef is a very slick web-app which follows iOS design guidelines that I also enjoy using. It’s easy to install via Safari/Chrome/Firefox on both iOS and Android.
