I would like to point out that receiving oral sex in a parking lot is most likely illegal in w/e his circumstance was. If he was on the clock, or in uniform it could also be considered a “gratuity” in some sense. But that would be something for the courts to decide. You’re absolutely correct on everything else.
Reading the article, he was at a gym working out and so was she. They mention she was 17 but do not provide his age nor how long ago this happened, which could help in aging him. So very likely he was not in uniform and not on the clock.
So the illegal part is just public sex. But how did anyone even find out? That’s the part that’s missing. It was consensual, so they got caught? And the fact that her own mother defended the cop in the situation is just hilarious. Talk about trashy. All of them.
