I hope everybody’s month is going great so far.
As usual, some discussion ideas:
- Do you want to share something you’ve done in the previous week? Everything counts, nothing is too small.
- What would you like to do next week?
- Which aspect are you currently focused on improving?
- Do you have any streaks? For example, “sober for one day.” Feel free to post your streak every day in this thread.
- If you don’t have a continuous streak, did you manage to abstain from something for a day or more?
- Did you come across some useful information or resource that might help others?

I’ve been trying to stick to the No Zero Days concept as though my life depends on it. Problem is, I seem to be put-together only when there are people around me that I can disappoint. When those people leave…whoosh, I’m back to day-long doomscrolling sessions on the couch.
No Zero Days is an interesting concept but it doesn’t account for the fact that everybody has a shit day (or more) sometimes. My approach is to try to make continuous progress, no matter how small. Some days will not be productive, but that’s normal and expected. The important thing is that you’re still on an upwards trajectory
