Password managers are much better than using the same password again and again. I use 1Password.

The mastodon instance hosted by the same people as this lemmy instance is nice.

I feel less stressed :). Reddit started giving me a feeling of anxiety when I would doom-scroll. Switching to a different service feels like a fresh start.
