Is Signalis considered cyberpunk?
Ugh. I did not think that UB was that big a deal when it was announced because I thought they would be smart enough to keep it optional and wouldn’t oversaturate the market. Oh how wrong and foolish I was
Whoof, it’s now moved to “Overwhelmingly Negative”
Reviews repeatedly mention that it is hilariously buggy, to the point where players are constantly running into visual and gameplay bugs. Also a few complaints about features being changed/removed from the first one to be more similar to popular FPS trends
Early Minecraft was made by a single person and was in development for 2 years before it released (and had a fully playable game loop even before then).
SC has $700 million dollars, hundreds of devs and still hasn’t released anything as feature rich or playable as MC in 12 years. It’s fair for people to expect more at this point
I think you’re cooking here, maybe you can get a government grant to fund this
Rosalyn offering to make popcorn with Calvin is a nice gesture. I imagine she’s really pleasant when she’s not taking care of the worst 6 year old in the world.
I think it’s too early to see much of a shift imo. I think most people aren’t playing Dockside and if they were they’re probably not disassembling their red decks because one card got banned.
When a card gets banned from comp 60 card formats, people are going to sell off the rest of the deck since there’s no point in keeping it around and they’re probably putting up 4 copies of each card. Commander has 1/4th of the stock and people generally play decks they like as opposed to only the best decks
Haven’t updated this list in forever, but it’s probably mostly accurate barring a few cards that I’ve since removed: https://moxfield.com/decks/3LDDhO9IAEqf0cjpMiyr7w
Currently still going through and updating all my old decks, also have a Mangara I want to add to this one
I have a Leinore deck as well but it runs a lot of Thalia noncreature hate so never even considered it
Currently planning a Beledros deck though which this slots in well, as it’s a big-mana deck that likes the lifegain, ramp and the 1/+1 counters for a surprise finisher if I have enough tokens
Cute creature!
I’m not exactly sure how important this is to how Commander is run as a whole, but it seemed to be making enough buzz that it was noteworthy. I guess we’ll see whether business continues on as usual or if this prompts a response from the RC
We hear that it’s dead a week ago and now it’s “in production.” What does that mean? Do they have a cast yet? Is this the same show from before?
Based on his description, The Jolly Balloon Man should really have been a sac + make a token Balloon copy, which I think would have been more interesting as there aren’t a ton of Boros sac commanders
That is some gorgeous pixel art
It’s very easy to make a mechanical clone of the game if someone wanted to play it.
This is purely about greedy crypto bros trying to grift off of Flappy Bird and using legal loopholes to steal the trademark
I think this is the patent IBM is suing over
Seems to be about pre-loading ads to a user’s device. As with most software patents, it sounds like the vaguest possible wording that covers about a million things
Definitely counts!
Probably just nostalgia from The World Ends with You but I love seeing games set in Shibuya
Neat! Funny to think of the controversy this caused back in 1994
Price memory probably. It was expensive because of desirable cards and Dragons being very popular but those cards got reprinted later bringing the actual price of the cards down. The deck never got reprinted so it stayed at the inflated price.
