Mine has a few hours of direct morning light and bright light the rest of the day. Around 50-60% humidity. There’s a fair amount of perlite in the mix and I water every 3ish days with a little houseplant feed to keep the soil moist. We’ve just had a few weeks of really hot weather in the UK and it’s loved it with loads of new growth.
This one doesn’t have any holes, the lid at the bottom is push on air tight. I do take the jar off the lid for an hour or so every ever day to let fresh air in.
