yeah, you’re not allowed to explore and figure out what you want, you’re suppose to make permanent commitments only or nothing ever.
crypto also has hit a flashpoint, the general population already knows it’s a scam/ponzi scheme. The pool of greater fools is drying up, very close to (maybe past) the breakeven point where it’s harder to find greater fools than the value than can extracted from them on average.
Crypto’s last move must be one of two options: to force itself onto the general population at gunpoint by controlling enough of the government, or for the early bag holders to diverse their early buy-ins into non-crypto (real world assets), least they soon become the last true believers, the final great fools. The two options are not mutually exclusive.
Buying bitcoin is kind of like buying an ETF/mutual funds, specially an index that is a diverse portfolio of scams, grifts, criminal activity. Everytime a company pays a ransom in bitcoin, everytime a grandma gets tricked into buying crypto by a man pretending to be her grandson, everytime a temporarily embarrassed millionaire plops his family’s life savings or kid’s college funds into an NFT that loses 90% of it’s market value on every transaction, every time a government official accepts a bribe via crypto, bitcoin owners enjoy the benefits of bitcoin going up.
And with this administration being all-around pro-crypto, pro-scams, pro-misinformation, you can expect all the corruption and rugpulls to inflate bitcoin prices for the next 4 years.
So you’d probably make money if you approached it cautiously, but you’d also be investing in (AKA SUPPORTING) literal fascism and criminal activity.
I think it started the mockumentory genre, but I probably wouldn’t watch if you’re young and not into that genre.
living in a surveillance state
that’s basically any conservative christian household tbh
I remember years ago when weed was legal in some select states, if you were in those states you only had to worry about federal agents showing up to arrest you.
Maybe we’re going back to that, except instead of weed it’s going to be select states defying new FDA bans on medicine (starting with birth control and abortion adjacent stuff, then next whatever the brainworm desires).
Then you’re having cops waiting at state borders, maybe even formal entry gates on major roads, local cops obstructing federal agents, people ignoring that cost of goods doubled, etc…
why bother with clearance aisles when there’s purrflectly good dumpsters?
Black Lives Matter! (Lavender Brown is black in the first movie, then she gets recasted in later movies as a white lady when she gets speaking roles.)
‘Andor’ is a prequel to the one good star wars movie
that movie is so good, almost everything else Disney made feels like an 8-year-old’s first fan fiction.
yeah, I remember going to the bookstore dressed as Luna loveshit for the midnight release party of the final book and meeting people with more elaborate costumes who clearly didn’t read the previous book.
maybe the jam is the superior form communication?
