Impressive that you could remember the name. I’m German and had to look it up since I never heard about Opalith before.

I also don’t own a Steam deck and have a good PC with a curved screen. And for couch co-op even a 4k projector with a 100 inch screen.

But I definitely understand that there are uses for being able to take all your games with you and play them anywhere. I already sit at my desk for hours at work.

Das ist aber nur die Dauerleistung. Die Maximalleistung kann deutlich darüber liegen. Hier ist ein Artikel zum Bosch CX und der relevante Ausschnitt dazu:

Beim renommierten Prüfinstitut Velotech haben wir im Labortest gemessen, dass man je nach Trittfrequenz bereits zwischen 170 und 200 Watt Fahrerleistung im Turbo-Modus die maximale mechanische Leistung von 600 Watt aus dem Motor abrufen kann. Wer im Turbo-Modus stärker in die Pedale tritt, kitzelt nicht mehr Leistung aus dem Motor heraus. Das entspricht auch ungefähr dem vom Hersteller angegebenen Unterstützungsverhältnis von 340 %. Rein rechnerisch heißt das: Wer mit 176 Watt in die Pedale tritt, wird um das 3,4-Fache der Eigenleistung unterstützt und erreicht eine Maximalleistung von 600 Watt.

Ich hab das KTM Macina Sport 11 (2018). Es zeigt direkt in Echtzeit meine Tretleistung im Kiox 300-Display an und zeichnet sie auch für meine Strecke zur späteren Auswertung auf.
Das genaue Modell scheint aber nicht mehr verkauft zu werden. Und das Nachfolgemodell Macina Sport SX 10 (2024) ist mit 400Wh Akku und dem 55NM SX-Motor wie es aussieht eher auf leicht getrimmt, hat also weniger Leistung und Reichweite.

Da wäre das KTM Macina Style 730 mit 750Wh Akku und 85NM CX-Motor eher das zweckmäßigere für Onroad und das KTM Macina Kapoho LTD64 für Offroad. Sind dann aber auch schon jenseits der 4000€ bzw. 6000€.

Die Bosch CX-Motoren geben übrigens bis zu 600W dazu, nicht bloß 250W, wie ich hier gelesen habe.

Mit einem guten E-Bike ab 500Wh Akku und z.B. einem Bosch Performance CX Motor kommt man schon gut auf 100km im Eco-Modus. Hängt aber natürlich davon ab, wie viel man selbst dazu beiträgt, wie bergig die Strecke ist, wie windig es ist und wie das Schaltverhalten ist, vor allem in den Bergen.

Die Unterstützung geht ja bis 25km/h, darüber fällt die Motorleistung schnell ab und spätestens ab 27 km/h strampelt man komplett alleine. Ich fahre entspannt mit 100 - 150W manueller Leistung und hab schon manche 100km Tour in flachem Gelände gemacht, dafür aber mit Kinderanhänger.

Nabenmotoren ermöglichen auch Rekuperation beim Bergabfahren, ich habe damit aber keine Erfahrung und weiß daher nicht, wie gut man damit bergauf fahren kann.

Aus meiner Erfahrung ist die Qualität der Paketdienste extrem abhängig von den lokalen Gegebenheiten: Wer ist der Subcontractor? Wie weit ist der nächste Hub entfernt? Gibt es Paketshops auf der Hauptroute? Sind die Zusteller immer für das gleiche Gebiet eingeteilt?

Wo ich jetzt wohne, präferiere ich DHL, weil ich mittlerweile alle Zusteller kenne und sie genau wissen, wo die Pakete abgestellt werden können. Ich weiß aber auch, wenn das Paket bis Mittags nicht da ist, wird es an dem Tag nichts mehr.

Bei DPD weiß ich schon vorher, dass es nicht klappen wird und die Pakete 1:1 im Paketshop landen. Sind für mich bei Amazon schon auf der Blockliste (geht ab der 3. Beschwerde).

Bei GLS ist es Glückssache, ob der Zusteller einen guten Tag hat und das Navi bedienen kann.

Hermes und Amazon schaffen es meistens auch, obwohl es immer andere Personen sind, die zustellen. Und die liefern auch noch später am Abend.
