I’m running into this too on Fedora Linux with latest Firefox, I thought it was just me.

Ah yeah, makes sense.

I’ve been feeding it a teaspoon of sugar and ginger since it started, and its starting to foam and bubble pretty nicely. I think I’ll taste it tomorrow and if it tastes very sweet, I’ll stop feeding it for a couple days.

So far so good, the aroma has gone from a very strong ginger smell to a yeasty ginger smell so it seems to be working very well.

I do indeed have the book! Forgot about the ginger part of it, gotta revisit!

The gelatinous mat is probably a scoby pellicle, I think it’s normal

That’s what I was thinking too, creating a couple more accounts purely out of redundancy. Fair, hopefully maybe there will be a way to export subscriptions in the future.

Oh I meant like recipe wise once you’re done fermenting it, like once you cook it haha! Trying to find more ways to incoorperate tempeh into my daily diet. That looks really decent though, I’ll give this a try sometime! Doesn’t seem super tricky.

I don’t play much games anymore, but I really love the game Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead when I get time. It’s a roguelike similar to Dungeon Crawler, you can either play completely in ASCII mode in a terminal, or with tiles. It’s really difficult initially, but once you get the hang of it it’s extremely fun.

It’s also a perfect game to play on mobile, but requires some tweaking to get perfect.

Can’t see it yet, but I’ll sub when I can!
