You have to understand that this isn’t ironic to them. To them, this was not a legitimate trial and trumped up charges, if you’ll pardon the pun.

What aggravateds me about all of Trump and his allies going on and on about how this is a rigged trial, is that if the jury finds him not guilty then their tune will suddenly change. And none is his base will care about the inconsistency there.
