I’m making a flannel Hey June Cheyenne shirt! Which is a little silly for going into summer, but it was cut out in winter and abandoned for other things and I’m trying to finish it up now so it’s not just taking up space.

I’m also planning a bodice block but need to get my partner to help with some of the measurements. I feel you on the waste of the muslin, but, like you, I’m hoping that it saves more in the long run!

I usually just use one ball and work from both ends! I have to stop periodically and detangle, so it’s not a perfect solution, but it guarantees I don’t run out of one before the other.
