I like that it takes automatic backups of my important stuff with btrfs because I’m too lazy to do it myself. I think that’s the main reason it runs heavier. Probably better to do it your way if you know what you’re doing.

I worked retail in electronics for quite a while and all the linux people I encountered were turbonerds for the most part. Thankfully I think that is changing. I imagine this lady had one of her family members set her up of course.

Agreed, I’m not an expert, kind of new to linux, but I could see being very comfortable on a Gnome based tablet.
