Scrolling through comments while keeping the video onscreen?
Encouraging people to read Youtube comments is certainly a moral hazard.
Well, given the cesspool of idiocy that YT comments are, I guess that you’re right.
Ironically, at least when it was up for me earlier this year, scrolling still moved the video off screen
