    People were still buying tickets for these guys 60 years after their prime?

      My mother, who I’m fairly certain has lost her marbles, is buying tickets to bands from the same era (which she never listened to then or since, but apparently does now, see portion regarding marbles being lost).

      So it happens, yes. And it’s usually the same crowd that went to see them decades before.

        It’s such a weird phenomenon. The same like 5 boomer bands just playing endless tours for over 50 years.

        Like damn I get it, I like their music too but surely after the first 30 years of touring your ass off to international success, you’d want to retire lmfao
