minus-square@electrodynamicalink4•edit-22 years agoI think when people say supermajority they mean of one party. It’s a flaw in our two-party system. If the 51%/60% votes are spread across many parties the same problems don’t exist. (Supermajority is 60% and therefore filibuster-proof)
