I guess it’s not just Canadians but all over the world. I feel as if the focus of majority of journalist outlets is shifting from actual journalism / news reporting to capturing views for that ad revenue. And the way to do that is to fear monger and focus on the negative news. That’s spreading mental health issues because we consume so much negativity all the time
