How are things so bad in the US ? I’ve taken is 1 advil for a sports injury, sleeping pill once, mom gave me a tylenol once, and a week of painkillers after a surgery - that’s in my entire life. This is the norm in Europe, Asia, SAmerica. Most people don’t pop antidepressants, diet pills, Ritalin, Adderall etc

People are being told, all the time, by practically the whole of society, that this is the way to live. It’s a powerful social mechanism. Why else would people volunteer to test out an experimental vaccine? And that happened all around the globe, not just in the US.
