Yeah, I found it. The project mascot is so friendly I thought it was PDF editor of some kind, but it’s just a backend library. But god forbid we get a glimpse of what is being talked about in the announcement.
This is a library for generating PDF files. It aims to be very low level. It does not have its own document model, it merely exposes PDF primitives directly.
This, pasted from from the project homepage, would go a long way both here and in the blog post. Even when the glibc announces new versions they include at least a one liner descriptor.
