I would assume that is against the laws of the country in which this server is hosted, so I would also assume the answer to that question is a firm no. Keep in mind that the server hosts in the fediverse typically aren’t companies with teams of lawyers on retainer, but individual hobbyists and enthusiasts. It would be a bit of a dick move to expose community volunteers to that kind of liability imo.
