Of course they shredded the evidence. These people break Hanlon’s razor - they are both malicious with their actions AND incompetent at the cover up.

This sounds like a deliberate cover up, but what’s more likely is somebody just decided it in a meeting and they didn’t even deem it worthy of writing down
