    These are all completely valid points but I do think we should consider that the US, the seat of global imperialism, has many tricks up its sleeve just from its largess and various financial schemes set up over decades and decades. We are seeing the birthing pains of a multipolar world order, 100%, but that world order continues to be shackled to the US dollar and there are new imperialist motions to counter that world order, or at least hedge bets against it, via onshoring for key sectors, stripping Europe for parts, and attempting to move peripheral countries into US-centric manufacturing centers. This plus the US’ militarism and relentless pressure campaigns means that history has returned and we will likely see large changes and more wars as the US Empire flails.
