You are correct about the ability to not be taken out of context by a sensationalist hungry media. This Biden does not have anymore, or did he ever? He just has remained more silent and out of the limelight previously.
I recently watched this clip and he was so much more cogent and resolute in what he was trying to express in the past. It’s comparisons like this that really highlight how much his mental faculties have deteriorated over these 7 years. And they expect to be able to get another 4 out of him?!
