Very easy, basically no risk. vita.hacks.guide is the place to go. Get a vita2sd as well. You’ll want pkgj installed once you get it hacked, it lets you download all the commercial games for free.
I hacked the vita, it really was seamless. My vita2sd arrives tomorrow
