Russia took Ukranian territory because of a failure by the current administration to negotiate peace. Now its Russian territory!

With that thinking this conflict could turn into WW3. Russians are the bad guys for invading Ukraine.
So just let russia invaded their neighbours on a whim? Slowly eat away at all their neighborhood?
