Update on the last time a commented on the queer thread a while back.

I’m still figuring out my gender and that’s been a cool experience. I’ve been thinking about it off and on for a little over a year now, and it’s a lot of identifying and reflecting on stuff that I take for granted.

Like maybe I’m not necessarily genderqueer, but maybe I’m feeling a strain from how my race is stereotyped in such a way that navigating m/m spaces just sucks.

I guess I feel like I’m a guy, but I don’t want to be put into assumed roles in relationships just because of my appearance or background. Imagine that!

It’s a process, but it’s nice because it feels like I’m getting closer to having the life that I want.
