In other words German car makers are not innovative enough to compete and should go bancrupt.
But if we let them lobby some more and go unpunished for violations some more, they can become even less competitive, so they require even more governmental bailouts!

They fucked around wrt EVs and are now finding out.
And 20-40yo people in this generation can’t/won’t buy cars.
