The whole point of a strike is that it’s meant to be disruptive, that’s how it works as a last resort bargaining tool, it’s astonishing how many people don’t get that.
Imagine if you and all your colleagues went out on strike and their was literally zero impact, it would do nothing other than make your bosses wonder what you’re actually doing all day and wonder why you’re employed in the first place.
