Wasn’t the whole shtick of the 28 later zombies that they weren’t zombies, but that it was super rabies? Wasn’t the plot of the second movie that all the infected had starved to death within months?
Yeah I am super intrigued cause… Yeah that’s the plot and the emaciated “zombies” in this trailer seem to agree with that but I am wondering if it’s going in an I am Legend twist of them having civilized? Or maybe adapted as tools and weapons of an oppressive post apocalyptic ruler as sorta done in 2.
I am super interested to see where it goes.
If you’re that interested, then you should watch Doomsday, because they seem to have lifted a lot of their plot points from that movie.

To be fair, I read an article earlier today that said it’s nearly impossible to find a copy of the original. It was a low budget co-production and the distribution rights are murky. It claimed that if you’re lucky you can get a second hand DVD copy. Otherwise? Pirates?
Hopefully, this next sequel will prompt the re-release.
And here I’ve been blaming my pirated copy for being shit but not being motivated to seek out a better version

They are the goat method actors. They actually created a real zombie disease, and gave it to themselves to play the role. RIP.
