The overblown hate on socialist housing blocks never fails to aggravate me. Westerners will look at an image of an Eastern European apartment block on a cloudy day, that’s just existing there and housing hundreds of people, then proceed to circlejerk crocodile tears about how oppressive 1984 totalitarian it looks like.
