Look up leaf tip burn. This causesd by the plant struggling to uptake enough water.

It is normally triggered by salt buildup in the potting soil. The salt could be from either too much fertilizer, using “softener” water, or the normal buildup from evaporation.

It can also be triggered by infrequent watering, hot temps or low humidity levels. I have also seen it in plants with root damage from a fungal infection or fungus gnats.

When mine do this it can mean it’s getting too much sun and not enough water. Also not having enough humidity during the winter. You could get a lil humidifier to keep near it, and make sure it isn’t too close to cold windows or air vents!
