What’s the time? It’s time to get ill!
For me this evokes Yeats’ The Second Coming, which feels more relevant than ever. Wonder if one of them was cribbing off the other here.
It is the time of decline of the old and rise of the new. We cannot possibly keep up with the complex systems we have built indefinitely, so the only option is to return to the caves and touch grass.
