Ten laryngeals??? Holy fuck.
There are some who claim that *h₁ is actually two different sounds ( [ʔ] and [h] ), and some that claim Albanian preserved some laryngeal as [h] in words like *hₓórǵʰis → *hₓórǵʰyeh₂ → herdhe “testicle” (note: this word is typically reconstructed with *h₁). So that’s two. But where is Shevelov getting the other five from?
