Summary

The Pennsylvania attorney representing Luigi Mangione, charged with murdering UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City, contends Mangione’s arrest in Altoona was unconstitutional.

Officers supposedly approached him without cause and failed to read his Miranda rights at a McDonald’s after a five-day manhunt.

Mangione has pleaded not guilty to murder and related state and federal charges, including potential death penalty eligibility.

Mangione’s New York lawyer likewise cites constitutional violations during arrest, raising the possibility that key evidence could be suppressed.

I was mistaken. Its companion legislation passed via reconciliation.

At least the public option died because your vp nominee killed it for you, with the help of Senator Ben Nelson, also a democrat so you can’t pretend that only independents hate patients and want them to go bankrupt and die.

But you will anyway. Just like you pretend that Democrats never have a majority because then you don’t have to expect anything from them.

The Universal Healthcare vote lost by 1 independent vote, Joe Lieberman. Nelson broke the 60 needed for the final watered down version of the bill to pass. Why are you such a dirty liar?

Nelson threatened to filibuster if the bill contained the public option. Guess Ezra Klein’s a liar too, just like anyone who isn’t on the side of you and the insurance industry.

Sure, maybe he did threaten, but at the end of the day he voted for that bill and Joe Lieberman voted against it.

You can bullshit all you want but you can’t erase history of the vote. It’s public for all to see that Every Single Democrat voted for the singlepayer bill, Every Single Republican voted against it, and an Independent killed it.

So Klein’s a liar because he’s not as on board with exploiting the dying like the insurance industry wants.

What makes you liars is fabricating false outcomes about actual congressional vote histories because it doesn’t fit your bullshit narratives.

If you weren’t on board with people dying then you would support the people who tried to stop it instead of lying and defaming them.

“Tried” can’t do the heavy lifting you’re expecting of it here.
