    I downvoted out of instinct.

    I’ve already stopped using Google because of this bullshit. Fuck ‘em. AI already gives biased responses because you just can’t give a short summary of complex issues provided by a variety of voices. True knowledge arises from complexity.

      I just started using duckduckgo because it’s default in librefox, which I also just started using.

      Feels different, I’m going to spend the effort getting used to it.

        I’m kinda digging Kagi. Paid, but there’s an anonymization option that seems to have some basis in reality. I find the search results good with a clear tail into nonsense, so you can tell when actual results have run out. YMMV
