I know a lot of people are going to look at this and conclude that wage theft is a big issue, but can we talk about the REAL issue at hand…
Y’all not shoplifting enough. I mean I’m sure some of you are doing your best, but times are tough and we need to pull together as a team, as a family, to hit our targets this quarter. So get out there and think big. I don’t want to hear about packs of gum and candy bars, I wanna see TVs, iPhones, laptops… We’ve got this, go team!
Stealing from big corporations is demonstrably a morally good act.

The appropriate place to report wage theft. You also need to be able to identify it when it happens to you!
I wonder if the average “loss prevention” professional prevents as much loss as they earn in wages…
Any wage worker who costs their corporation more than they earn/save for it has my respect
if it’s intentional, absolutely. but when you get paid 80k a year to stop losses that don’t amount to half that, then your entire position exists as a big fat middle finger to poor people.

Both wrong. One doesn’t justify the other. Given the power of having millions, the shoplifter would also steal from the poor.

Although I desagree with the two sentences in your first line. You are right when you say that when people get privileges they use it. Especially when they have shareholders expecting you to deliver the higher profit you that you can come up with.
And poor people are more than right to take back what was stolen from them, regardless if others disagree and think it is not correct.
kinda doubt it, unless you specifically mean the professionals.
