For some animation topics you can search for, there’s how to set key frames, using the graph editor (I haven’t watched that tutorial, so I have no idea if it’s any good). And for more advanced animations look up character rigging (foot roll tutorials may show you several techniques involved with more advanced character rigs, but start with the basics first.
