There was a 200+ incantations across 2 threads (1 and 2) in asklemmy.
Historians are torn on the exact date the catrina-stalagmite rapture began, but popular consensus considers this event to be the start. The ritual began with The Pope of Banishment catr-stag crying: “Comrades! I comment for the algorithm, may more of us see this insanity and come to our aid!”
This marked the first on record brigading on the Lemmyverse. Legions of catr-stag’s loyal lemmygrad followers emerged from the shadows and surrounded Goose. They began chanting incantations.
Goose was never seen again and his body was never found.
His epitaph reads:
"Friend to all
You’re a friend to everyone you meet. Friends and family come first to you, and you’re always there to lend an ear or a shoulder to cry on. Your legacy is defined by the lives you’ve affected."
He was succeeded by a wife, 3 children and 2 ducks.
A public memorial service will follow.
The problem has become omnipresent. Especially in the area of writing. No matter how you write something, it’s always taken the wrong way. And I see a lot of parallels between platforms like Twitter or Reddit and Lemmy or Mastodon. The Fediverse itself proudly claims that it is supposedly better than Twitter and others, but they simply can hide better there. What I have observed since StatusNet (GNUsocial) is, especially with the hype around ActivityPub, that the aggression and spreading of hate and smear in the Fediverse can measure up to that on Facebook, Twitter, and so on much more.
If it has not already passed them with it, as what hashtags like this Fediblock spread like a plague and no one wants to realize that such stuff is more harmful to the entire network than it could ever be done by politics-based topics.

what the hell happened here
After the creator deleted their messages, I’ve deleted mine, because they were out of context.
Just what the fuck is that supposed to mean?
Hey buddy, can we not be like that to each other?
