A Black single mom and her son need $526.45 to get a hotel room for 5 days! Their apartment just got flooded from a storm and they had to evacuate. Her son is sick and they need shelter urgently. If 5 people send $25, they can get a room for one day!!! Please donate and share.

URGENT UPDATE

This situation with the storm is incredibly serious right now. She and her son still do not have a safe shelter. Who can pool funds so they can get a hotel room tonight to start with? It’s around $100, plus tax.

Moderator Pinning Rules:

Moderators are strictly prohibited from promoting/endorsing/pinning individual mutual aid requests (especially those of their own) as this creates unfair post visibility and could therefore benefit more from that than the standard user.
