Dumb question: why would a nuclear superpower have its entire nuclear arsenal-shaped egg collection in one very-close-to-a-bordering-nation-shaped basket? Obviously Mexico’s not likely to take it out, but that seems like the kind of thing you’d want to diversify a little.
