I’m thinking specifically of a Guardian article from maybe late 2019 that described him/his cabinet as amongst the most corrupt in Europe, detailed ties to neo-nazi groups, ect. I will try to find it later today. I recall also there being an image floating around of “pre-feb/2022” and “post-feb2022” headlines from major western dailies about Zelensky/the Ukraine and the stark contrast between them.
I also recall something about him being named a bunch of times in that leak of financial documents associated with hiding wealth off-shore. Either Panama or Pandora papers, can’t remember which. I will try to do a more adequate job finding some sources/info later today when I have time.
