      Lazy and cheap. Slavic landlord mindset

      Here in CZ, most landlords are useless bastards like this. I am grateful because it drove me to buy my own home and save tons of $$$

          Its home once you get used to Slav feeling. I just don’t feel so comfortable in a non-slav country

          I don’t know what it is, maybe the comfortable attitude, maybe because I understand their POV, maybe its the delish food, or all of the above 🤣

    Gotta go back and paint a tophat and moustache on it, then that’s basically an extra hundo you can add to the rent!
