People have been feeding cats the vegan cat food varieties for 20+ years now, its perfectly healthy. The main ingredient that cats need is taurine, which every one of these foods have.

Cats, no way. Their system just isn’t capable of handling a vegan diet.

There are some veterinaries here in Spain which performs special diets for each individual which are completely vegan.
Just a few though (I know a good one personally). Veterinary career is one of the most speciecist ones, if not the most.
It is a matter of getting what they are not capable to synthesize in the diet.
