Calling it a “conspiracy theory” is generous in that it implies he believes what he’s saying because of some lack of knowledge.
He doesn’t believe it and he knows better. It’s an intentional lie.
How can you be so sure?
Independent agencies that verify casualties are always very close to what the health agency in Gaza comes up with when the IOF starts turning up the genocide dial. Either Biden and his administration are completely incompetent or they’re willfully obfuscating for the Israelis.
Why not both
They’re competently lying in this case.
