I feel so called out
Oh no, every time I get lots of time I spend months resting from the ever background presence of burnout, and given sufficient time, I actually do want to do stuff. It’s just I never get enough, always just barely scraping by.
If I had enough time and enough pay from work to indulge my modest passions, I wouldn’t silently beg for death every day.
My conundrum is always that I either have the time, or the money to do something, almost never do I have both.
If I have time, I’m likely unemployed and any money I have needs to be saved so that I can continue to live until I can find employment. If I have the money, it’s likely because I’m working constantly and have no time to spend on doing things.
Unless I get some kind of winfall of money, this will always be true.
As long as you mean “get caught up on some good streaming series’”
I have just spent my free afternoon napping on the couch with my cats instead of doing all the things I had to do.
Time = unemployment
Then how does time = money? Was I lied to?
No, Time = |money| so negative money counts.
