Anyone found a community for community moderators to share knowledge or ask related questions?

I created 4chan@lemmy.world and moderate it now and I have no clue what to do, so that would help I guess
I haven’t looked for that specifically, but I was thinking about a community organizing…Community, not strictly for discussing moderation stuff, but for general community organization both online & offline.
However, I don’t really want to be the one managing/moderating any communities personally.
Specifically Lemmy moderators or in a more broad sense?
