I loved the pilot and have enjoyed the new episodes. Sometimes the songs seem a little shoe horned, but Lord, if Angel didn’t have me crying. There’s a lot of emotional space to explore and I’m here for it.

No. Songs sometimes are just plain shit. Other times, they actually rock. Still, we dont know whether that is part of the lore.
