If there’s something missing from this list, be sure to comment, and I’ll add it.

We need moar Isekai! I will watch them all.
Also. What about a pinned thread for shows that are still ongoing but have had no announcements yet? As things change an update could be edited in.
There is lots of AI generated garbage about shows that may or may not have been cancelled.
That could work; I’ll [seriously] think about it, since this sort of pinned thread will require maintenance. (Or alternatively, if someone creates and maintain the thread I’m OK pinning it.)
Other pinned threads that I can think about are for manga and LN/WN series. Those are a bit trickier because of the sheer amount of series, and the axe looming far more often over manga than anime.
Is Mato Seihei no Slave really isekai? I thought it’s the modern world with other dimension/world invading.
There’s no reincarnation, transfer, etc to a different world in the more typical way.
I’m really just curious on this one as I wouldn’t have classified the show/manga this way.
Personally I don’t consider it isekai, but I’ve included it into the list because a lot of people seem to. And… well, there are lots of room for disagreement on what should be considered isekai, so I want to avoid imposing my definition.
I am impressed that you can even keep track of all of these. I consider myself a fan of the genre and, without looking it up, could probably have only named 4 of these (some others I knew tangentially about, but thought it was fantasy rather than isekai). To be fair though, many isekai are just fantasy stories with extra steps.
To be fair I had to open AniList to remember all of them, specially because of their names.

Yes in a lot of cases. However, if the isekai trope is well used it has a deeper impact - like the MC having an alien view of the world when compared with the natives¹, some knowledge that they don’t have² (tech, cuisine, how to exploit a system, or even future events), or even by being able to live childhood from the eyes of someone with memories of an adult life³.
- Cooking with Wild Game is a good take on that.
- …or even soup. Ascendance of a Bookworm, I’m looking at you.
- Mushoku Tensei did this rather well.
Yeah, agreed. I think isekai is at its best when both worlds/lives/etc. actually matter. Some good examples!
