This is complete FUD. How much is held by how few wallets does not of necessity have anything at all to do with how a project is governed or how decentralized it is. Decentralization does not mean that the majority of wallets hold a roughly equal amount in the least.

this is a one type of centrilization. And in this context it is with NFT ownership. it looks like you don’t think NFT are credible so why would you think the ownership of NFT is a credible mertic of decentrilization? For refernce there are many metrics for decentrilization. I would argue NFT ownership is not a very useful one.
