    it’s not ninja gaiden 4. it’s also not wo long or whatever. i don’t really understand what koei is doing with these team ninja character action games all having different systems and not having them make a proper ninja gaiden when ryu hayabusa is why they bought tecmo.

    Nioh series was my first soulslike experience and I really enjoyed it. Worldbuilding is less coherent than FS games (especially elden ring) but the combat system more than makes up for it.

    The loot system may be cool or overwhelming depending on your preference. I liked borderlands a lot so it was my kinda thing, but next to the endgame it gets a bit tiring.

    Definitely recommend it though

    It’s good enough that despite constantly crashing my entire computer I kept playing until it crashed so hard I had to reinstall windows.

    Then I kept playing some more.

    I didn’t ever actually finish it (partially because I was scared of the crashing), but I did get 100% achievements in Nioh 1 and 2 seemed to be a generally better game.
