You don’t need an electrician to run cat6, though. Jammers are cheap and i’s super easy to spot Ring/Nest/Arlo/whatever from a distance so it doesn’t have to be premeditated at all. I don’t trust any of the wifi camera manufacturers with my data or access to my network
